We would like to introduce you our intern, Rebecca Owers, she is 26 years old and she graduated the following: LLB (Scots Law) with German Language at the University of Strathclyde, specialised in EU law and LLM in International and European Law, specialising in international & European Protection of Human Rights and European Economic Law at the Europa Institut, Saarland University. She wrote her Master’s thesis on International Humanitarian Law supported by a scholarship from the German Red Cross.
She is British, living in Hungary for the moment and her hobbies are: crossfit, reading, discovering other cultures and travelling.
Why do you want to change the world around you: I want to help tackle inequality around the world and help to provide access to justice to vulnerable groups, especially women and children.
What do you want people to know about you: I’m passionate about human rights and the EU. I want to travel to every country in the world someday.
